Ingredients: dry scallop, chick stocks, mushroom, black fungus, garlic, ginger, salt, water, oil, mushroom seasoning.
– add dry scallop paste and rice into 1.5L boiling water, stir and mix well.
– continue to cook for 30 mins with medium low flame, stir occasionally to avoid burnt.
