茯苓 , 莱菔子, 桔梗, 葛根, 射干, 厚朴, 川贝母, 杏仁, 细辛根, 五味子
Poria, Semen Raphani, Radix Platycodonis, Radix Puerariae, Rhizoma Belamcandae, Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, Semen Armeniacae Amarum, Radix Et Rhizoma Asari, Fructus Schisandrae.
 
温肺散寒，祛痰化饮，宁喘定嗽，敛肺止咳。用于哮喘及肺中痰饮凝聚，咳嗽难卧。
Warm the lung and eliminate phlegm, relieve cough and dyspnea. For cold phlegm retention in lung with productive cough and panting.
 
每日服2至3次，每次3粒。
小儿每次2至3粒。
Take 3 capsules, 2-3 times daily.
Children take 2-3 capsules each time.
