We use the wheat from Australia, then naturally fermented for few hours and bake it non-hydrogenated vegetable oil with nature rock salt and spirulina, which strengthen then crackers flavors. We also blended spring onion in the crackers to strengthen the flavor. We pack three pieces in one packages, to keep the crackers' crispy and fresh. It's healthy travel snacks when you're on the go.
