Passion fruit juice is a good source of ascorbic acid (vitamin C). It contains alkaloids, which helps in high blood pressure.
It is known for its rich nutrient, mineral, and vitamin content of the fruit, which includes antioxidants, flavonoids, vitamin A, vitamin C, riboflavin, niacin, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, fiber, and protein.

Chen Jiah Juang uses passion fruits that are grown in their own farm to produce this juice.
The fruits in their farm are grown without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
No artificial flavours, coloring and preservatives are added into the product to retain its natural taste. Because of this, juice must be refrigerated once opened.
Unlike many other fruit vinegars, Chen Jiah Juang's Passion Fruit Vinegar has no vinegar added into it, it is produced by fermenting passion fruits.
As this product is made from natural ingredients, sediments tend to occur and the vinegar’s color will darken naturally over time.
