Sarawak Purple Rice Vermicelli 砂拉越紫糙米粉 2x300g
The Kenyalang Purple Rice Vermicelli is made from the premium quality grown and harvested unpolished purple rice (Bali Keladi). The purple rice used for this vermicelli production is an indigenous rice from the Iban community based in Sri Aman, Sarawak. Compared to the normal white vermicelli which is mainly contains carbohydrates, the Purple Rice Vermicelli is high in fibre and packed full with nutrients and anti-oxidants. The vermicelli’s purple colour is derived from the Bali Keladi’s natural color and also does not contain any preservatives or additives. These healthy noodles are delicious served hot or cold added to stir-fries, soups and salads.
