Unbleached Bread-Making Wheat Flour is produced from grinding the full wheat berry (kernel). The whole wheat berry includes the bran, germ, and the endosperm. It can be used for making flour and it creates a speckled brown color when milled. Absorbs liquid faster rate than medium or coarse grains. Unbleached flour which is prepared naturally for consumption and contains more protein than chemically treated flour.
