Ingredients
100% certified organic herbs of: Globe Artichoke leaves, St Mary’s Thistle, Calendula, Dandelion root, Fennel seed, Peppermint.

Directions
Take 1-3 cups daily as a liver cleansing tonic with antioxidant properties. Take first cup before breakfast for best detoxification effect, regularity and clarity of mind. Can be safely taken longer for maintenance, e.g each morning before breakfast for regular detoxification.

Daily health maintenance (regular cleansing, vitality and weight control)
Drink one cup of ARTEMIS Liver Detox before breakfast, followed by ARTEMIS Kidney Cleanse after breakfast.

Full detox
Drink one cup of ARTEMIS Liver Detox before breakfast, followed by ARTEMIS Kidney Cleanse after breakfast. Repeat cycle at lunch time and afternoon tea. For full cleansing and toning benefit take 3 cups each day for 3-6 weeks. Do a full course at least twice a year.

Preparation
Take 1 level teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml), place into infuser, plunger or china pot, pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave.
